• Are you slower in your thinking than you used to be? 
• Are you more forgetful than you used to be? 
• Do you have any difficulty paying attention (e.g. following conversations or the plot of a TV show or movie)? 
• Is it harder to organise things? 
• Have you noticed you are having difficulty when you try to solve problems or plan things? 
• Are you able to find pleasure in the things you used to enjoy? 
• Have you become clumsier; have you been tripping or falling?
