Neurological complications of HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) continue to commonly impact people living with HIV (PLWH) in the post combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) era. The spectrum of these disorders is diverse spanning the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system, often concurrently. The proposed pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and management of these conditions are discussed in this section.
